1. Services

NowEra Technologies provides website design, development, and related digital services as agreed in the project proposal.

2. Payment Terms

  • 20% advance payment is required to begin the project
  • 25% upon design approval
  • 25% on first revision
  • 30% before final delivery
  • Work will not proceed without payment milestones being met

3. Project Timeline

Project timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness. Delays in providing content or feedback may extend delivery time.

4. Revisions

  • Revisions are limited as per selected package
  • Additional revisions will be charged separately
  • Major changes after approval may require additional cost

5. Client Responsibilities

Client must provide:

  • Content (text, images, logo)
  • Timely feedback
  • Required access (hosting, domain)

Delays from client side may affect delivery.

6. Ownership

  • Full ownership of website is transferred after full payment
  • NowEra Technologies reserves the right to showcase the project in portfolio

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools (hosting, plugins, APIs). We are not responsible for their downtime or policy changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Business losses
  • Downtime due to hosting/server
  • Security breaches beyond our control

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the project. Payments made are non-refundable once work has started.
